Standard Services
- Remove filter and clean with a filter cleaner
- Test chemistry and balance water (make adjustments to chemistry as needed)
- Scrub the water line
- Vacuum floor
- Skim debris from surface
- Clean the equipment
- Reinstall the cleaned filter
- Clean cover and treat with U.V. protector
- Clean the cabinet surface
- Inspect & observe the spa is functioning well
- Making sure all suction covers are intact
- Reprogram the topside control if they have been inadvertently changed
- Adjust filter cycles if necessary
- Make sure all pumps and motors are working and sound correct
* If we notice any malfunction, we will contact the owner prior to any repairs.

- Add a plumbing cleaner to breakdown biofilm and scale in the plumbing
- Drain & empty
- Vacuum and confirming all suction covers are in tact
- Scrub the shell inside of the spa with a cleaning solution
- Refill water
- Clean equipment and observe the Hot Tub is functioning properly:
- Reprogram topside control
- Adjust filter cycles if necessary
- Make sure the G.F.C.I. breaker is testing properly
- Making sure no electrical outlets and subpanels are within 5ft from waters edge, and compliant to local codes
- Clean and treat cover with U.V. protector
- Confirm the cover lifter is working properly
- Clean the cabinet surface
